  • Our guided tour takes place in the historic heart of Paris on Île de la Cité, the island where the city was born. We’ll explore the surroundings of Notre-Dame Cathedral, Sainte-Chapelle, and the Conciergerie, wandering through medieval streets, before ending our experience around Pont Neuf. It’s a journey through centuries of history, right at the city’s origin.

  • Please kindly note that we do not pay to enter Notre-Dame Cathedral - admission is 100% free and can only be booked via its official website. With us, there’s no need to pre-book entry tickets and we will (patiently) join the line like everyone else, while learning about the exterior of the cathedral and the forecourt. Waiting time can be 5 to 30 minutes.

  • Yes, absolutely. Our Notre-Dame and Île de la Cité tour follows a gentle walking route at a comfortable pace. Most areas are flat and accessible, though some cobblestone streets and narrow passages may require extra care.

    Tours will run rain or shine. Please let us know your specific mobility needs in advance and we shall adapt our itinerary accordingly, suggest regular rest spots and ensure you enjoy the experience fully and safely.

  • We take booking requests via the contact form, by email or on instagram - we usually reply in a few hours. Accepted payment methods: PayPal, secured payment link (powered by Zettle by PayPal) or by cash.

  • We understand that our travel plans may change, which is why we offer free cancellations for this tour until 24 hours prior to our experience. Unfortunately, we will not be able to issue a full refund within 24 hours of our experience :(
