Zen Secrets of Kundalini

Almost every aspect of our daily lives has changed with everything that’s been going on in the past few months.
Personally, the very first thing I did at the end of the confinement was to go outside. We drove down to the Morvan National Park based in the heart of Burgundy and simply immersed ourselves in nature. Lakes, forests, cows, horses, country roads, tiny villages that haven’t changed for decades. Breathing in all the fresh air and listening to birds singing around me in the woods, I felt like being transported to another world, losing the notion of time.
It is probably the longest period of time in my life that I haven’t moved around at all. Usually, I’d be out and about doing more than 10,000 steps every single day, walking on the streets of Paris. This year, the loveliest season of 2020, very little movement. I did some yoga and stretching at home, following Instagram live classes and youtube videos. Every little helped but still, I come out of confinement with fatigue and a backache.
I know that I’m not alone. We dream about travelling again and visiting places like in the old days. Maybe it’s time to pack our bags and take a little break, relax, unwind and reconnect with nature and find ourselves again…
